This is my latest Nightmare Before Xmas stump painting. I actually like this one a bit more than my previous one because I seem to have got the hang of working with the materials.
The materials I used to create this includes, small tree stump, black ink, pencil transfers, distressed ink and acrylic paint. I sealed the piece as always.
This art piece is selling for $40.00, shipping included. Leave your comments below if interested.
Here’s my latest junk journal I’m working on. It’s not for anyone in particular yet and there isn’t a specific theme this time unlike my last two journal commissions I did. I’m adding things like removable envelopes for treasures stored inside and your hidden treasures. There’s also folders and extra compartments. I’m focusing on putting together images and quotes, photos, and more that I think work well together in their own unique and beautiful ways. I’m having a lot of fun working on this.
I’ve been trying new art techniques while making this journal. It’s all hand made and it’s giving me a nice chance to try some new things so it’s extra fun for me to create.
Here are just a few of my work in progress photos of my latest junk journal creation.
Like I say after every junk journal post, if you want me to make you one, leave a comment down below. Thank you and enjoy. xoxo
I’m not sure if I will sell the finished product yet but we shall see. It will definitely be a fabulously creative and one of a kind junk journal.
I’m working on several art projects tonight which can sometimes feel overwhelming but it’s always worth it. I’m glad and consider myself lucky for feeling comfortable using all art mediums, (except for one but it doesn’t really matter.)
Tonight I worked on two jewelry and trinket box cases. I always love making them, it’s almost a sort of therapy for me, and I used two different techniques and images on these. I’m not finished with them yet but they’ll probably be done tomorrow.
Here’s a sneak peek of the Victorian Lady and Fairy as well as and a glimpse into my world of a very small amount of art supplies. You should see all my stuff. Your jaw would be on the ground.
